Yep, Doug. The Archive 2060S and ES work fine with the Amiga. The $5 questions are WHICH Amiga, WHICH SCSI Adapter, WHICH version of AmigaDOS? If you have the 3000 w/2.0, you received BRU, Fred Fish's UNIX based backup program. This program works great with the 3000's built in SCSI adapter. If you have an A2091, BRU will work with it also. If you have a 2090, I recommend that you try and swap it for a 2091 as nothing works properly that I've found. If you are using some of the other systems (Nexxus, Supra, GVP, et al), most of them have a backup program available that will use the Archive drive. I particularly liked Flashback from Nexxus. One final tip - use DC6250 tapes in the 2060 and you'll get 100 MBytes of data on a tape. Downside - once you start using 6250's, we don't recommend that you go back to 600A's or 6150's for writing.
