I bought V1.3 last November.  I sent my registration card (with sticker and
a copy of my bill).  Did not receive anything.  Sent a letter.  Did not even
get a reply.

So here I am, at the end of March, still stuck with 1.3.

Is this situation generalized, or am I the only one being forgotten?

Don't know about others, but I think ignoring customers who paid almost
200$ for your product is no way to do good business.
