Ok, I've finally decided that I should take the plunge and  learn
TeX.   Now  comes  the  obvious question, Which TeX should I use?
There are two version on ab20.larc.nasa.gov, PasTeX 1.2  and  TeX
3.1.  Which one is better (ie more complete and bug free)?
