I'm looking for a PD program that will change the look of Intuition.  I have
really gotten tired of it (yeah, what took me so long).  What I really want
is something that includes the source as well so that ultimately I can change
the look of it myself.  I have sort of heard of a couple but I haven't been 
able to locate them.  I think there may be a commericial program that does 
this but I'd rather get a PD version (translation - too poor to plunk down the
bucks).  Can anybody help me?  (ie direct me to an ftp site or email me)

Also, is there a 16 color icon editor out there somewhere?
