Thanks to all who tried to answer my questions about loading new
fonts in the DM command: windows.  The correct method is to
'crl /sys/dm/fonts/std.display_type /sys/dm/fonts/your_favorite_font'.
A word of caution: only the f* fonts work properly with the ksh.  
The fl command does not work with these special windows. Of course
you must restart the DM for changes to take effect.
