I while ago I wrote about how Preferred Computting suposedly "ripped me
off" well today I got a letter saying that they would exchange the disk.  I
only sent one letter, making it the first time I had asked.  Some people in
my family have had problems with mail-in order companies.  I thought by
posting that, could speed of the process of getting the version I deserved.
I will be sending in my maual and disk for a completely new version.

I would like to apologize for any problems it may have caused the company. 
I realize it was only the first letter.  The man who send me a letter has
Pro-Colony.
