And half the time that the tranfer completes, the file still has one or more bad sectors in it. I'm using kermit 3.97 with a super serial card and a Franklin Ace 1000. I download from either a Sun 4/20 or a Pyramid 9825 both running ckermit. the modem runs at 2400 baud, either with or without MNP 4. It doesn't seem to matter which combination of the above hardware and software is involved. Anybody seen something like this and, perhaps, know how to fix it? Mark Geary
