Here is my problem: I have an Apple II+ sitting in my office. It has a wopping 64K memory (48K plus a 16K graphics card-monochrome). The last time it was powered on was well over 4 years ago. However, at that time, it worked fine. In fact, I simply shut it off and never turned it back on. Now the ][+ has a significant amount of dust on the parent-board (even though it had been covered with a dust cover for all this time...) and when I tried to power it up the other day, NOTHING HAPPENED! No drive activity, no hum, no nothing. Can anyone give me some troubleshooting ideas? I have been saving the ][+ for my boy (it will be his 'first' computer) and I am a bit disappointed that now it does not seem to work. Any help will be appreciated.
