  Does anyone know where I might find the above utilities?  I have looked in 
umich, but everything there is archived, and  I reallyhave no idea  how to
un-archive something (excuse my ignorance).  If someone could send it to
the address above, or let me know where I  could find a "regular" copy of it,
I would be extremely grateful.
