This is essentially regular NTSC signal without being modulated to a TV frequency. You can buy or build a cable that will go from the monitor port to a composite connector (usually a regular RCA jack) Some TV/monitors can use a composite signal directly. For TVs that can't, a composite -> channel 3/4 modulator should be obtainable at the local Radio Shack. Hope this helps.
