Subject:    Berkeley Socket programming under VMS

Has anyone out there programmed program-to-program communication between
a VMS and OS/2?

I've used NCS between Apollos and Alliants, and it's pretty good.  Has anyone
used NCS on VMS and/or OS/2?

If NCS isn't the answer, are there any contributed subroutine libraries to set
up some simple (?) TCP/IP communication between heterogeneous machines?
