I just got off the phone with Roland USA and they confirmed what had been
rumoured.  A few months ago Roland released an MCA version of their
standard-setting MPU-401 MIDI card, called the MPU-IMC.  The suggested
retail price is $350.

Many Roland dealers are authorized to carry the MPU-IMC but few seem to
keep it in stock because of low demand.  Call Roland at 213-685-5141 to
find out the nearest Roland dealer that carries the MPU-IMC.  Not all
Roland dealers are authorized to carry the MPU-IMC, do you may have to do
some digging.
