DGUX has "control-point directories", i.e. directories with soft
limits on inodes and/or blocks in the subtree.

Q1: how are the blocks counted if a file is hard-linked both inside
    and outside of the subtree?

Q2: I assume they are specific to DG, (from the names of the system calls).
    Can anyone confirm this?
