Along with this Lisa is an Apple ProFile with a 5Meg. drive. The profile has a controller with assembly #656-0102-M and an analog board with assembly #656-0101-J driving a Seagate ST-506 S/N 206552 MLC-02-5. The problem, you ask? She needs a larger drive, and loves her Lisa and would never trade it for a real Madc if her life depended on it. In addition, as if that weren't enough, she wants to add a double density drive to her system. My question, then, is - Can I get a drive which will work with this 1981 vintage controller, and can I get a double sided drive which the Lisa can deal with? Please don't tell me that she has to upgrade to a real Mac, that is not the answer I seek. She LOVES her Lisa, and reveres it for the significant historical value it represents. PLEASE, help me save a Lisa. Help me earn the many great meals and other rewards which I may garner for a succesful disk transplant...
