Thanks all who responded so quickly (am I surprised? course not).

The candidates are (all at sumex apparently)

Since someone (map@eagle.svl.cdc.com (Mark Peters)) was very kind and
mailed me the BinHex-ed copy of Calculator+, I am currently using
that and it works fine.
