I just experienced the weirdest problem. I was able to trace a bug
to a low memory situation when I tried to expand a handle by using
SetHandleSize. There was space; the handle wasn't locked; yet it
did nothing. Just returned the same handle with the same size. MemError
was still NoErr. Then later everything bombed. Should it do this?

Should I be trapping on something else????
