If I have a color grafport that I want to capture bits from (like the
Capture, SnapJot, etc. utilities) how do I turn a rectangular area of
the grafPort into a PICT?

I'm letting the user draw, then select a rectangular area. What is the
best way to copy this area into a PICT that can be placed in the scrap?
