  How does one set the PDiMC bit for a file?  I am working
on a PMRF for a printer and would like to have this bit set
during a build.  Sadly, rez keeps wiping it out ever time, requiring
me to go back into Resedit to reset it.  I check the SetFile tool
help section, but it does not mention this attribute.  What is the
flag bit that this corresponds to?
