I can't find any mention of VDSettings anywhere but in Video.h.  I'd like
to be able to use the type to control the settings within, but I can't even
figure out which routine to send it to.  Do I send it to PBControl, and if
so, what would the csParam be?  Do I use the slot manager, and if so, how?

_Any_ help would be much appreciated.
