I'm trying to compile the Rochester Connectionist Simulator (version 4.2)
and it bombs looking for the file a.out.h.  I found that what it needs
is definitions for the following structures: struct exec, struct nlist.

I found nlist in /usr/include/nlist.h.  I still can't find exec.  Is
there some equvalent for a.out.h on the NeXT somewhere (grep didn't
turn up anything...)?
