Is there _any_ way to set the default printer for OW 2.0 printtool?  I
have tried the -xrm , -WH, and -default Resource Args in the .Xdefaults
file with no effect.  

Since there are a _lot_ of valid printers in the printcap file, this is a
real pain.  Thanks.
