LaTeXperts out there:

	I am trying to make a description environment with the label
on it own line as follows:

	Label1
		This is some text associated with label1.

	Label2
		This goes with label2.


I have tried all of the following:

	\begin{description}
	\item[label1]\ \\
	This is some ...

	\item[label1]\par
	This is some ...

	\item[label1\\]
	This is some ...

	\item[label1]\hfill
	This is some ...

The first warned of an underfull hbox and the others simply produced

	label1This is some...

Please, please, please, I have wanted to do this simce I learned TeX
in 1983 :-).  Can someone help me?
