Should 3.1 and 2.95 produce identical output? We just got 3.1 installed, and using LaTeX based on 3.1 the dvi file is *very* slightly different -- one more line added to 2 pages out of a 36 pages (no, it's not that it's breaking up words differently). However slight a differnce, it isn't great if you're typesetting a book with someone at a different site using a possibly different implementation. Basically, I don't know who to ask about this -- nor what would constitute a decent bug report (if that's what it is). Any suggestions anyone? Thanks in advance ..
