The latest version of GhostScript displays `dvips' output nicely.
Output from `dvi2ps' displays white pages only.  One of the sites that
have the latest version of this stuff is

If you only want to display files that use the Computer Modern fonts,
you don't need the P*stScr*pt fonts in the large file.  Nearly
everything else looks *MUCH* better if you have them, though.
