As of today a replacement for the A/UX 2.0 and 2.0.1 NFS kernel 
module is available from the aux.support.apple.com (130.43.6.2).

This module should fix the NFS problem where files were being 
appended zeros at the end.

The file is in the directory

/aux.patches/supported/2.0/nfs_dr 

Please read the README file.
