To get a 4019 printer to use the second (500 sheet) paper tray
you need to change the default _u variable setting for the
virtual printer.  This variable is changed in the "Manage
Virtual Printers" portion of SMIT.  This attribute sets
the paper source drawer with the following description provided
courtesy of SMIT:

Name    Description                                          Value
_u      Paper Source Drawer (1: Lower  2: Upper or no        1
          sheet feeder  3: Envelopes)

This method will not allow making use of BOTH drawers when the
lower becomes empty.  It looks as if that is not possible as yet.
