The answer - most things. What I have yet to find is a ftp site(s) containing coded algorithms. It seems to me that with all of the books of code that a database would be *really* useful. Specifically, I have been researching modeling molecules with real time rotation. I know of MacMolecule but I require a surface displayed in perspective. All the data is coming out of a STM machine which provides a matrix of voltages.
