I'm trying to get TELL.COM working from VMS to ULTRIX. It doesn't seem
to work. All I get is a few log messages on the ultrix system that
someone connected to the tell object, but nothing happens on the VMS
side. 

I am using the TELL.COM that is provided with the std dist of ULTRIX.
Is this supposed to work? Can anyone share a working version of tell?
What should the TELL server be on the ultrix side?
