I hope this question applies to this news group.  I am trying to locate the
original diskettes and operating system for a ALTOS 586 Computer.  The
computer is about 10 years old and I am trying to revive it and the
ALTOS Computer Corporation no longer supports this computer.  I was looking
for the Business Shell within Xenix and it doesn't seen to be on the
hard drive.  Does anyone have any suggestions or know where I can find the
original software for this system?  Will other software or operating systems
run on this machine?  The manual says it is simply a 8086 chip.  Thanks
for any help you might offer.  Please send suggestions by email I don't
read this news group.  Thank you.
