I'm am trying to port xntp to a SCO box right now and I can't figure out
a way to do the F_SETOWN or FIOSETOWN functions of fcntl() or ioctl().

Is this possible in SCO?  Or don't you have to worry about it?
Or what is SCO's equivalent of these functions of setting the process ID
to correspond to a file descriptor?
