I have tried the same, and it didn't work for me. It seems that the
file format is not the same, as the Windows PP has more features than
the Mac PP, like the spreadsheet grapher.
I read a PP review (in Byte.. I don't remember) where the author
criticizes the performance of PP even on fast 386 machines. It was
slow on a 386, so I wasn't surprised when slide updates took several
seconds on my 286.
