I'll probably regret this but here goes,

if enough people are interested I will organize and host a BA Windows 3.0
group, I did this for X (I founded BAXug) and am well aware of all the 
work that I am voluntering for (for which...). Well, anyone interested in
joining? better yet how about volunteers for speakers?? vendors accepted
