I'm using HP's IGC-10 card which uses the TI34010 chip.  I believe that
the driver is DGIS and I get a resolution of 1024x768 with 256 colours.
I haven't ever experienced any bugs or anomolies and Window/3 runs in
all modes.
I love it.

But then again, I would- I didn't pay for it!
