Can someone please sketch out the steps required to create a DLL of
icons using the SDK.

I have the icons, I have an interface builder which will let me access
them from the DLL, but I don't have the SDK to create the DLL! I should
receive the SDK shortly and just want to install it and quickly bundle
the waiting icons into a DLL. Any assistance in carrying out this
simple(?) task would be much appreciated. (I hope that it is simple as
I don't have much time to spare ;-)
