I am trying to use menus in a window with a *custom* palette, and
having trouble displaying the menus. The first time the menu displays
okay but after that the menu items only display when I drag the mouse
over them. (If I remove the palette, this problem goes away)

Am I neglecting something or is this possibly a bug. I've thought of
somehow attaching the palette to the menu, but can't figure out how to
do this either.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
