According to the ICCCM, section 5.1.1.1:

"Clients should ensure, by re-setting this property, that it always
reflects a command that will restart them in their current state."

If it is impossible for me to ensure that the state is the same, what
should I do?  Just put argv in there?  just argv[0]?  Or not set the
property at all?
