And for the benefit of North Americans, I have it up for ftp from
132.206.1.1, in X/xcyr/.  I have modified it slightly to make it work
better with R4 and the XLFD; check the new stuff I added to the README
before trying to do anything with it.  The original stuff I got from
the mail server on kiae.su is in @vak-dist.*; my modified version is
available as separate files or as @mouse-dist.tar.Z.
