I'm using R4 with all 18 patches applied on various SPARCStations
compiled and running SunOS 4.1.1.  TWM does not see my bindings to
Alt-F11 and Alt-F12, but xterm sees the ^[[23~ and ^[[24~ sequences
when I press them in an xterm window.

Anyone have a fix for this?  Please reply directly to me.
