Ever since i patched my Cnews to 15-Dec-1990 my log file is lacking a
newline at the end of all articles that are *not* being forwarded to
another site.  If the article is being forwarded, the system name is
appended to the end of the line and all looks normal, but otherwise i
get one *very* long line in my log file.  Is this a bug or did i screw
something up?

For example,

forwarded article:
Mar 22 09:18:35.000 pwcs + <1991Mar20.070141.19740@athena.mit.edu> nightowl

terminal article:
Mar 22 09:18:35.000 pwcs + <1991Mar20.070141.19740@athena.mit.edu> Mar 22 0\
9:18:35.000 pwcs + <1991Mar20.070141.19740@athena.mit.edu> Mar 22 09:18:35.\
000 pwcs + <1991Mar20.070141.19740@athena.mit.edu>  .... etc

(i just replicated a single log line for the example)
