It was delicious! The pepper it referred to was, it seemed, black pepper, and/or perhaps cayenne (i.e. not green peppers). It was highly spiced, an the consistency of broth. It had a few vegetables in it but, again, it was mostly broth. I can't find it in any of my cookbooks..does anyone have the recipe, or know of another name I might try looking under?
