26-Mar. 1991 19:30. The Canet link to Cornell was unreachable between
19:10 and 19:25 UTC.  The cause was due to a problem with one of the
routers at Ithaca. This was also responsible for routing problems to
the U.S links and a restart of the Canet routes was done. Cornell link
is now reachable.
