Could someone please help us!  One of our users needs urgent information
how to get following book.

  Stress vol.2  written by EDS G.Van Loon, R Kvetnansky, J Axelrod
edited by Gordon and Breach Science Publishers, New York, Usa.We need
edition from 1987 or 1988, we don't know exactly the year.

We need telefon and telefax of a publisher.If someone can provide these
information to us, we shell be very grateful.
