I have two questions for the NN netters out there.
I'm looking for info in both areas:

1) Any papers, info, etc. on Kohonen's Learning Vector Quantization,
   LVQ, or LVQ2

2) Any papers, info, etc. on Cauchy machine or fast simulated annealing.
