You can find a copy in ISODE 6.8 on uu.psi.com in the file
isode/isode-interim.tar.Z retrieved in BINARY mode via FTP.

If you can't FTP to the internet.  Wait until 7.0 comes out mid-year.
You can send a note to isode-request@nic.ddn.mil to be added to the
isode list, which will receive the 7.0 announcement.
