We are building a knowledge acquisition system for our knowledge based environment for the design of space systems. There are many different users, from the designers of individual subsystems to project managers and system planners, who assess the need for a new satellite or a new capability to be added to an existing satellite program. If anyone could recommend papers either on knowledge acquisition or especially on adaptive user interfaces, I would greatly appreciate it. Many thanks. I'll summarize the responses to the net. - April Gillam gillam@aerospace.aero.org
