This new program goes by the name of ARJ and the latest version is 1.10. It's currently only available for the IBM PC but from the .doc file, it seems that a UNIX version (simplified) will be released in late 91. ARJ seems really good. It has a lot of commands that PKZIP and LHA left out, like stuff for sorting files in archives etc... There are a lot of extra commands and here comes the good part, it is supposed to compress BEST, equal to LHA 2.10 and is slightly faster. It gives compression that is definitely better than PKZIP and all the others. Yours truly, Kev
