Some one asked me to post the information about where to get the JPEG
software (that I have asked for earlier). These locations were given to
me:
1) titan.rice.edu (in /sun-source)
2) simtel20 (did not try it)

There is another location, but the site does not want to be publicized. 
I think that mean I should not post it here. But if you really want to 
know, send me a message and I will send it to you.
