In a system with HDB UUCP, it is convenient to add a arg to getty that tells
it to use an ordinary Dialers tag.  With source, it is easy to paste a
handy part of UUCP into getty.  It is particularly easy if you start with
the SVR3 uugetty, where the requisite parts of UUCP have already been
spliced into getty.
