Around here EVERYTHING is scrambled. Cheat all you want, but they have BIG $ class clout and have it all set up that you WILL be prosecuted for theft of service (just like any old phone phreak) if caught. What we all really need to do is find which politicians now have Florida condos financed by out of state banks under terms the politician could hardly refuse, and that were not available to him before cable came to town. If enough citizens fought hard enough, they would not be able to get their license renewed without more reasonable terms.
