The plan is for photo developing stores (my wife works in one) to carry these machines. Kodak's idea of the future is that people will have their film (yes cameras will still use film) developed into either prints or placed on CD-Rom (yes the machine will write on CDs). The CD-Rom will allow large heavy megabyte sized photo quality pics to be stored wheras this was always too much space for an average Hard Drive. Yes the film>CD way isn't truly digital but the results are supposed to be marvelous much to the credit of developer technicians.
